    Extra charges

    If the carpets are badly stained and need to be scrubbed then you will incur an additional charge of $9.00 per room that requires scrubbing.  Often clients want extra carpets, rugs or tiles cleaned on site which will then incur extra charges.

    Payment options

    Residential - cash and credit card - payable at the completion of the job.

    Commercial – we issue a tax invoice to business customers with terms of 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Notice for bookings

    Our daily schedules are carefully planned so we are at your home or office at the agreed time.  Subject to availability we can book urgent jobs on the same day or the following day.  A couple of days notice should be given to guarantee the day and time you require.

    Removal of Stains

    Not all stains are removable, however our technicians guarantee that if we can't remove a stain that no one else will be able to remove it either. 

    Carpet Drying Time

    Carpets are generally dry within 3 to 4 hours. However they may take longer if your carpets required extra cleaning pressure to remove heavy dirt or stains or the weather is wet.

    Dry Cleaning – v- Steam Cleaning

    Dry Cleaning rubs carpet using a damp, twirling sponge. Some dirt absorbs into the sponge, but deep dirt & parasites are not removed.  Dry cleaning is recommended for a light clean between steam cleans.
